Hi there,
My name is Céilí Doyle, and I am a journalist with a deep passion for narrative storytelling.
Whether I am investigating a Houston area developer’s predatory lending practices, unloading trash onto a barge on the Ohio River, interviewing the newly coronated Gator Queen in southeast Texas or tracking how the lack of Internet access affects Americans across the country — it’s always an honor, and a privilege, to share others’ stories.
I believe words have the power to shape us by building community between people who may look, think, talk or act differently from you.
Walking in someone else’s shoes, across the proverbial page (or computer screen), offers strangers a chance to meet each other where they are and see the world with a fresh perspective.
If that kind of journalism piques your interest, please spend some time with the work I have published in various news outlets across the country.
And if you want to reach me, don’t hesitate in sharing a tip, DMing me on Twitter @cadoyle_18 or dropping me a line cadoyle@ceiliannedoyle.com.
